Q:How do I begin a warranty claim?

A:Contact your local Greenheck parts representative at 1.800.355.5354. If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please contact your freight carrier immediately. In the event the carrier wishes to inspect the shipment, materials must be made available for them to inspect. For concealed damage, follow the same procedure as noted above.

A:There are now two options. You may contact your local Greenheck representative to assist with parts ordering and other questions. The second option is using Greenheck’s parts website. Both options assure you of receiving genuine Greenheck OEM parts.

A:Greenheck’s general warranty policy states that equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.

A:Greenheck uses several motor vendors for use with our products.
